The problem with Trump.

The problem with Trump, illustrated by the fact that his greatest achievement as president was a $1.5 trillion tax cut of which the lion's share of the benefit went to corporations and very high net worth individuals, is that although he talks populism to win the support of angry, alienated, abused, and suffering workers, his constituency is the Bannon fracking-SWAT team faction of the U.S. oligarchy (as opposed to the Clinton finance-bombing faction of the U.S. oligarchy).

Trump's presidential cabinet was a rogues gallery of grifters, liars, thieves, and worse, epitomized by his Treasury secretary, Steve Mnuchin, whose career is laid out in great detail in the book Homewreckers, by Aaron Glantz. Briefly: In the wake of the 2008 financial debacle, Mnuchin bought for $1 an insolvent bank held in receivership by the U.S. government. Mnuchin's task was to restructure thousands of underwater mortgages issued by that bank to help those debtors avoid bankruptcy and not lose their homes. What he did instead was foreclose on them and sell their houses to hedge funds, who rented them out at multiples of the original mortgage payments. Then he sold the bank for $1.5 billion.

Mnuchin is just one of the merciless predators Trump elevated to even greater criminal opportunity in his administration. Go down the list. His administration was at least as larcenous as Clinton's, Obama's, Biden's, or any other's whether of the Republican or Democratic wing of the U.S. oligarchic duopoly.

The alterative to Biden is not Trump. It is regime change in the U.S., meaning dismantlement of the military-intelligence-Wall Street-finance-corporations-prisons-police-media deep state. Beware fascists, my friends. Fascists scapegoat, disenfranchise, and ultimately brutalize marginal demographics; and they harbor an especially deadly hatred for socialists. Imperialists (whom the fascists call "globalists") demonize, terrorize, and if they can, topple foreign governments; and they harbor an especially deadly hatred for socialists.

Trump and his crew do not represent democracy any more than Biden and his crew do. The oligarchy eats money, and it eats it anywhere it can be found. The fascists and the imperialists each employ their own lies, schemes, methods, and specialities. Neither could care less who lives or dies. All they care about is money.

Germany had to be bombed to rubble during WWII to wipe out Nazism. Allen Dulles gave Nazism a second lease on life in the CIA.

And here we are.
