NOTE
Heavy blue bars occur on this chart where BOC Overnight Rate announcements and CPI data realeases occurred on dates that were
within a few days of one another. This is because for every date on which CPI data was released, that point is plotted and a BOC rate bar is drawn whose value is the previously most recent BOC rate, and vice versa. Net result is there is a corresponding BOC rate bar for every CPI point, and vice vera.
